Lighthouse Business Innovation Centre (Lighthouse) is part of the LHInnovation Group. We help individuals and organisations build capabilities in order to meet current and future challenges. We draw from the best approaches from Behavioural Science, Business Strategy and Management Consulting to assist clients to meet performance and learning outcomes.

Lighthouse started in 2008 as a public-private joint venture to help with the 'heavy lifting' or hard work necessary to grow and diversify Canberra's entrepreneurial and business environment. In 2014, Lighthouse became fully independent and is now servicing clients all around Australia.

What we do

• Deliver on strategic innovation agendas - for both government and private sector clients allowing them to harness opportunities and identify challenges facing their industries and sectors.
• Co-ordinate an "idea lab" or "experiment factory" – help organisations and individuals to explore their ideas, validate concepts; and identify opportunities to put them into practice.
• Help deliver transformation programs - provide programs to assist organisations transition into future-ready enterprises and help individuals change their lives.
• Challenge and drive thinking in new directions – design and deliver workshops and facilitate training for high-impact problem solving in ambiguous environments.
• Conduct research – synthesise and connect disparate pieces of information, identify common threads and generate new insights.
• Diverse stakeholder management – provide support to boards and committees in both public and private organisations, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams 
• Bring an audience-first lens to communication - develop and lead the execution of marketing and communications strategy and initiatives informed by research, audience insights and evaluation including the delivery of highly engaging content.

Entrepreneurial Fellow at the ANU College of Law, I research and teach in the areas of blockchain, smart contracts, and the impact of technology on law and legal practice.

Venue Hire

Lighthouse offers two meeting rooms: one boardroom and one conference room.

Kitchen facilities are also avaliable on the premises or we can assist you in arranging catering.
