Whether you are in the early days of running a business or an old hand at it, one of the biggest challenges we all have is making (or taking) the time to work 'on' our business rather that 'in' the business. But what does this actually mean?

One of a series of workshops that explore issues and opportunities faced by businesses during their various stages of expansion. The format allows for 'war stories' from local entrepreneurs who have successfully navigated these challenges, questions and answers, discussion and peer support.
