Recently, I was asked to present at a Women's Chiefs of Enterprises International event here in Canberra on the topic of ‘Secrets of Six Figure Women'. The cosy room at the Commonwealth Club was filled with exactly what one would expect: beautiful, exceptionally well-dressed women who on average earn substantial six-figure incomes. With Women Chiefs for company, it would be quite difficult to argue that women in business in this country aren't afforded the same opportunities for success as men. Or would it?
